The BarnBridge protocol is available on the Kovan testnet:

All of the smart contract addresses can be found on page.

In order to get started and use the testnet app, you have to get kETH using kETH Faucets. After that, you can get BOND tokens by swapping them on Uniswap with your kETH. To get stablecoins, you just need to click on the "Get ..." button and confirm transaction.
